If you feel more comfortable buying through a UK registered company then you can do this through European Estates who assist us in selling our properties. There will be a 3% surcharge for this service payable to European Estates.

Normal Payment Terms:

Normal payment terms are 50% deposit on signing of contract and the remainder on transfer of your deeds. This can take up to 12 weeks dependant upon the time of year and the Turkish authorities work load.

Discounts:5% discount for 10/90 payment. After initial 10% deposit at signing of sales contract, 90% due within 20 days of this date.
